Spectrum Healthcare Resources is seeking a compassionate RN Case Manager for EFMP at Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, AK. This full-time role supports military families navigating special medical and educational needs within EFMP, coordinating across providers and community resources.

The position follows a Monday–Friday schedule with comprehensive benefits, PTO, and 401(k). Applicants must meet RN licensure, CM certification, and BLS requirements to join a mission-focused team.

Qualifikationen

• U.S. Citizenship is required.
• Active RN license in any U.S. jurisdiction.
• 3 years RN Case Management experience within the last 4 years; at least 1 year nursing and care coordination experience after graduation.
• Case Management certification (CCM, CDMS, CRRN, or other PWS-approved credential)
• Current BLS certification.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate care for military families with special medical or educational needs.
• Support EFMP enrollment and family member travel screenings.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers and community resources.
• Assist families with care plans, education and referrals.
