Job summary

Zohorecruit is seeking an Order Processing Specialist to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant order fulfillment within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will coordinate order planning, maintain system data integrity, and align with production schedules to support on-time delivery.

Collaborating with Engineering, Planning, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Customer Service, you will drive continuous improvement while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field is required.
• Experience supporting order management, production planning, supply chain, or manufacturing operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Hands-on experience using SAP ERP and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reporting, and order management.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end execution of customer orders, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely completion throughout the order lifecycle.
• Review, validate, and maintain customer order information to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
• Schedule customer orders in alignment with production lead times, plant capacity, and customer requirements.
• Monitor milestone completion and maintain accurate order status within SAP, Symmetry, and other business systems.
• Coordinate engineering activities to ensure timely assignment and completion in support of customer commitments.
• Maintain accurate customer ship dates throughout the planning process to ensure alignment with production schedules and customer expectations.
