Job summary
Mondelez International in New Jersey is seeking a Customer Operations Analyst to drive fill rate and execution excellence by coordinating between Supply Chain, Sales, brokers, customers and 3rd party distributors. You will manage order entry in NetSuite, support EDI, and collaborate with planning to allocate stock and optimize promotions.
The role requires in-office presence three days a week, with frequent liaison across internal teams and external partners.
Qualifications
- Experience with NetSuite ERP and order management.
- Knowledge of EDI order processing and customer setup.
- Strong liaison with planning, sales, and external brokers.
Responsibilities
- Enter PO orders in NetSuite based on delivery dates.
- Support EDI orders and new customer setup with IT.
- Coordinate with planning on supply mitigation and order allocation.
- Communicate with brokers and buyers for changing customer needs.
- Resolve PO discrepancies and stock availability requests.
- Own customer acknowledgement and approval process.
- Assist with sales samples processing and post-delivery support.
- Lead management of repack/repurpose inventory with vendors.
- Provide ops support for quality risk mitigation.
- Align with demand planning for shipper forecasts.
- Develop SOPs and train teams on owned tasks.
