Job summary

Paladin Data Corporation is seeking a detail-oriented Order Fulfillment Specialist in Bend, OR to ensure hardware, software and equipment are accurately processed and shipped on time. You will manage the fulfillment process from order receipt through shipment, verify accuracy, and coordinate with carriers to meet customer expectations.

Qualifications

• Fulfillment experience is a plus.
• Experience with UPS WorldShip application is a plus.
• Proven track record of hitting and surpassing goals.
• High motivation, self-direction, and ability to influence others.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience at a Tech/SaaS or innovation-focused company is a plus.
• High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders for hardware, software, and related equipment.
• Receive, inspect, and distribute incoming inventory.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
• Coordinate shipping through UPS and other carriers.
• Verify order accuracy before products leave the warehouse.
• Maintain organized inventory and warehouse areas.
• Track shipments and communicate order status when needed.
• Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment.
• Work with Customer Support, Sales, and Operations to ensure timely deliveries.
• Follow procedures to maintain quality and efficiency.
• Perform other fulfillment and warehouse duties as assigned.
