Job summary

LHH is seeking an Order Processor in the Knoxville area to manage daily order processing and customer fulfillment. You will ensure accuracy, coordinate with warehouse and shipping teams, and communicate order status to customers and vendors.

The role requires strong data entry skills, proficiency with MS Office, and experience with ERP/CRM or order management systems. A high school diploma is required; additional education is a plus.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in order processing, customer service, administrative support, or related role.
• Strong data entry skills with high accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel and Outlook.
• Experience with ERP/CRM or order management systems preferred.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders accurately from receipt through fulfillment.
• Review orders for completeness and verify pricing, quantities, and shipping information.
• Enter and maintain order data in ERP or order management system.
• Communicate with customers, vendors, and internal departments about order status.
• Resolve order discrepancies, shipping issues, and product questions.
• Coordinate with warehouse and shipping teams for timely delivery.
• Maintain records, documentation, and customer files.
• Assist with inventory inquiries and reporting as needed.
• Support additional administrative and operational tasks as assigned.
