Competenze

• HS Diploma or GED or equivalent background
• Must be 17+ years of age
• Experience in transportation industry preferred
• Stable employment history preferred
• Forklift operation experience or certification preferred
• Able to push/pull 70 lbs with loaded pallet jack/hand truck
• Physical activities include standing, walking, lifting, twisting
• Able to work all shifts including overtime and weekends
• Able to lift ~70 lbs or more as needed
• Compliant with company policies and able to interact well with others
• Able to work independently or in a team and meet deadlines
• Able to read and interpret safety rules and procedures
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background checks
• Authorized to work in the United States

• Load and unload freight using forklift, pallet jack, hand truck or by hand
• Strap, brace and pad freight to prevent damage or shifting
• Record freight conditions accurately upon arrival at the service center
• Perform pre-shift and post-shift inspection of dock equipment
