Estes Express is seeking candidates for a dock/warehouse role in the United States. This position involves loading and unloading freight with a forklift, pallet jack, or by hand, and securing cargo to prevent damage.

You will document freight conditions on arrival and perform safety inspections of dock equipment. Ideal applicants have a High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent), are at least 17 years old, and can work all shifts including overtime and weekends.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent background.
• Must be 17+ years of age.
• Experience in the transportation industry preferred.
• Must be able to push or pull a loaded pallet jack or hand truck with a minimum load of 70 lbs.
• Must be able to lift approximately 70 lbs. or more as required.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Mansioni

• Load and unload freight using forklift, pallet jack, hand truck, or by hand.
• Secure freight with straps, braces, and pads to prevent damage or shifting.
• Record the condition of freight accurately when it arrives at the service center.
• Perform pre-shift and post-shift inspection of dock equipment.
• Maintain regular attendance and readiness to work all shifts, including overtime and weekends.
