Responsibilities include operating dishwashing machines, sorting clean items, keeping surfaces and floors clean, disposing of waste, and assisting with deliveries.

• Basic understanding of sanitation and hygiene standards in a food service setting.

Responsibilities

• Operate dishwashing machines and manually wash dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans to ensure cleanliness and sanitation.
• Sort and stack clean dishes and kitchenware in designated areas for easy access by kitchen and service staff.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen floors, walls, and work surfaces by sweeping, mopping, and wiping down as required.
• Dispose of kitchen waste and recyclables in accordance with health and safety guidelines.
• Assist with receiving and storing deliveries, organizing kitchen supplies, and reporting any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to management.
