Job summary

Crescent-Hotels- is seeking a hotel kitchen support role focusing on cleaning, transporting, and storing china, glassware, and silverware. You will maintain cleanliness in dish areas, assist with dish machine setup, and support back dock operations.

The position requires English communication, a team player attitude, physical stamina including standing and lifting up to 50 lbs, and a willingness to pitch in with co-workers as needed.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain sanitation and cleanliness of all areas of the dishroom, kitchen aisle, and dock area.
• Break down trays, set up dish machine, wash dishware, and sort and store all clean china, glass and silver.
• Empty trashcans and wash inside and outside.
• Thoroughly clean dock area and dumpster.
• Break down dish machine and clean inside and outside.
• Clean all breakdown tables.
• Clean tile walls and baseboards.
• Perform any other job related duties as assigned.
