Job summary

Nisga'a Tek, LLC in Minot, ND seeks an Electronic Flight Bag (EFB) Manager to oversee software management, device maintenance, and compliance with changing security directives. The role supports aircrews by keeping EFBs current and aligned with policy.

You will coordinate with AFGSC, manage MDM (BBUEM), Foreflight access, and inventory, handling publications, firmware updates, and audits in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Secret clearance required or previously held, expired.
• 2+ years of IT experience / device management.
• 2 years of Microsoft Suite experience; SharePoint and Teams proficiency.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage Wing/Ops Group EFB Program per AFGSCI 11-270 and baselines.
• Serve as Wing EFB program manager and liaison with AFGSC; ensure appointment letters are current.
• Maintain admin access and coordinate EFB device maintenance, upgrades, and restoration.
• Configure and maintain MDM (BBUEM) and Foreflight administration for global use.
• Coordinate with ISP for WiFi and base connectivity and schedule repairs as needed.
• Track sustainment costs and inventory for EFB equipment and tools.
• Maintain device custody, enrollment in DEP and compliance with audits.
• Generate EFB Audit and Sustainment reports; perform Stan Eval duties.
