Job summary

Nisga’a Tek, LLC seeks an EFB Manager to oversee the technical management of Electronic Flight Bags and ensure alignment with higher-headquarters security requirements. The role requires coordinating device maintenance, publications, and program governance in a dynamic environment.

The ideal candidate will manage BB/MDM systems, Foreflight access, and internet connectivity while maintaining strict aviation and security standards across units.

Qualifications

• Secret clearance required or active clearance.
• Minimum two years of IT experience with device management.
• Working knowledge of iOS and macOS.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and collaboration tools.
• Experience with SharePoint and Teams preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Wing/EFB program manager and liaison with AFGSC/A3TV.
• Maintain EFB devices, publications, and FCIFs; ensure up-to-date directives.
• Manage MDM software and Foreflight administration.
• Coordinate with Resource, Stan/Eval, and squadron EFB Managers for publications.
• Manage Foreflight accounts and educate subordinate EFB program managers.
• Oversee WiFi/internet services and liaise with ISPs for connectivity.
