Nisga'a Tek, LLC is seeking an EFB Manager to oversee the Wing/Ops Group Electronic Flight Bag program, ensuring security requirements are implemented and publications are current. The role focuses on managing software, device configurations, and coordination with AFGSC/EFB stakeholders in a high-stress aviation environment, with a strong emphasis on documentation and compliance.

The ideal candidate will coordinate maintenance, updates, and audits of EFB equipment and ForeFlight services,

Qualifications

• Must possess a Secret Clearance or previously held Secret Clearance.
• 2+ years IT experience and device management knowledge.
• 2 years Microsoft Office suite experience; able to manage SharePoint and Teams.
• Experience with iOS and MacOS is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead EFB program management per governing instructions.
• Serve as Wing EFB program manager and coordinate with AFGSC.
• Maintain admin access and configure MDM, ForeFlight, and related tools.
• Coordinate with Stan/Eval TO Distribution Officer to keep publications up to date.
• Oversee equipment inventory, sustainment costs, and reporting.
• Prepare EFB Audit and Sustainment reports.
• Conduct Stan Eval administrative duties.
