Job summary

Nisga'a Tek, LLC is seeking an Electronic Flight Bag (EFB) Manager to oversee the technical management of EFB software and devices and to implement rapidly changing security directives. This role requires coordinating with AFGSC/T and squadron EFB managers while ensuring publications and access controls are current.

The position emphasizes maintaining device operation, deconflicting aircrew needs with security requirements, and leading EFB program administration in a high-stress environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience with iOS and MacOS; 2+ years IT experience encouraged.
• Two+ years of Microsoft Office and SharePoint/Teams proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Manage Wing/Ops Group EFB Program per applicable baselines and notices.
• Serve as Wing EFB program manager; maintain appointment letters and letters.
• Administer EFB devices, including passcodes and local admin rights.
• Coordinate with Stan/Eval and EFB Managers for up-to-datePL publications.
• Oversee Foreflight admin accounts and EFB configuration guidance.
• Maintain EFB equipment inventory, sustainment costs, and audits.
• Ensure security requirements, deconfliction of aircrew directives.
