Job summary

Goldbelt, Inc. seeks an Electronic Flight Bag (EFB) Manager for Nisga'a Tek at a U.S. Air Force base. You will manage EFB programs, maintain devices and publications, and coordinate with the EFB Manager and Stan/Eval teams. Strong IT, mobile device management, and Foreflight experience are essential.

Guarded by a Secret clearance, you will also oversee hardware inventory, anticipate obsolescence, and ensure reliable aircrew access to EFB resources in a high-stress environment.

Qualifications

• Must possess a Secret Clearance or have had one that expired.
• Two years of Microsoft Suite experience and ability to manage SharePoint and Teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage Wing/Ops Group EFB Program in accordance with governing guidance.
• Serve as Wing/Group EFB manager and liaison with EFB Program Manager.
• Maintain EFB equipment, accounts, and documentation; ensure updates to publications.
• Coordinate with colleagues to maintain connectivity and device readiness.
• Administer Foreflight and EFB configurations for worldwide use.
• Oversee hardware inventory, renewal, and decommissioning processes.
