Job summary

Nisga'a Tek, LLC is looking for an EFB Manager to oversee the electronic flight bag program and ensure compliance with security requirements. The role supports aircrew operations by keeping EFB devices operational and updated while coordinating with leadership and program managers.

The candidate will manage device administration, Foreflight access, and FM/EFB publications, ensuring timely updates and cross-group alignment in a medium-stress environment.

Qualifications

• Must possess a Secret Clearance.
• 2+ years IT experience and device management.
• 2+ years of Microsoft Office suite experience and ability to manage SharePoint and Teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Wing/Ops Group EFB Program in accordance with AFGSCI 11-270 and Baseline Configuration announcements.
• Serve as Wing/Group EFB manager and liaison with AFGSC EFB Program Manager; ensure appointment letters are accurate and up to date.
• Maintain EFB devices, perform maintenance, upgrades, patching, and restoration as needed; hold admin console access.
• Coordinate with Stan/Eval and EFB Managers to keep electronic publications current and standardized across platforms.
• Manage Foreflight administration accounts and educate subordinate EFB managers on configuration for worldwide FLIP use.
• Oversee EFB connectivity via WiFi and liaise with ISP for service restoration when needed.
