Job summary

B3H Corporation is seeking an experienced Electronic Flight Bag (EFB) Manager to support Global Strike Command – Bomber Squadron Operations Support at Minot AFB, ND. The role oversees software, hardware, and security for bomber crew mobile devices to keep publications current and accessible.

Responsibilities include system administration with BB UEM, ForeFlight account management, and ensuring up-to-date flight documents. A Secret Clearance is required or previously held clearance.

Qualifications

• Proficient with iOS and macOS operating systems.
• Minimum 2 years with Microsoft Office suite, SharePoint, and Teams.
• 2 years IT experience focused on mobile device management (MDM).

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary EFB Manager for the Wing/Group, aligned with AFGSCI 11-270, coordinating with the AFGSC/A3TV Program Manager.
• Act as the EFB system administrator using BlackBerry UEM to configure, track, issue, and maintain mobile devices.
• Manage the ForeFlight administrative account, adding/deleting users and ensuring FLIP configuration.
• Collaborate with the Stan/Eval TODO to ensure EFBs contain current Technical Orders, FCIF, and Special Interest Items.
• Manage commercial internet services (Wi-Fi) required for EFB connectivity and coordinate repairs with the ISP.
• Act as equipment custodian for EFB hardware and execute device inventory, enrollment, and hardware refresh rollouts.
• Generate annual EFB Audit and Sustainment reports and decommission obsolete equipment.
