NAVY EXCHANGE SERVICE COMMAND (NEXCOM) Equal Employment Opportunity Office seeks an Equal Employment Opportunity Specialist to assist in program development, compliance, and advisory duties. The role supports ADR processes, data tracking, and reporting for enterprise EEO activities at NEXCOM.

The incumbent will work with DoD investigators and management to analyze discrimination concerns, prepare recommendations, and assist with investigations as needed within a federal framework and advancement

Qualifications

Three years of experience in administrative investigative work with strong written and oral expression.
Substitution of education: 1 year of study above high school can substitute for up to 3 years of general experience.
Two years of specialized experience in Federal EEO with knowledge of laws, regulations, and personnel practices.

Responsibilities

Assist with administering and processing EEO complaints.
Monitor complaints to ensure compliance with federal requirements.
Assist with mediations, negotiations, and ADR processes.
Input data into ADR Tracker and other EEO databases for reporting.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual EEO reports with HQ and field activities.
