Qualifications

• 1 year general office clerical experience.
• 1 year specialized experience in personnel disciplines (e.g., Staffing, benefits, compensation).
• Substitution: college/technical study may substitute for experience as described in the posting.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting applicants for nonexempt/exempt positions and prepare vacancy announcements.
• Process personnel actions (new hire, pay, promotion, transfer, classification) using the automated personnel system.
• Conduct orientation sessions and exit interviews for associates.
• Administer annual performance appraisal program and related reporting.
• Coordinate or perform travel arrangements for Navy Exchange personnel as needed.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
