Qualifications

• Ability to read, interpret, and explain complex material and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assist with administering EEO complaints and informal counseling.
• Support ADR and mediation processes and tracking in DON ADR Tracker.
• Prepare and assist with investigations, data collection, and reporting for EEO programs.
• Assist in compiling monthly, quarterly, and annual EEO reports with headquarters and field activities.
