Job summary

Macmillan Learning is hiring an Educator Engagement Manager to serve as the educator-facing partner for new and early-lifecycle High School products. You will report to the SVP, High School and work with educators, districts, Program Managers, Product, Sales, Marketing, and the Teaching & Learning Strategist to shape products before and during launch.

Qualifications

• Experience in educator engagement, market readiness, or product marketing in K-12/High School education.
• Ability to translate educator feedback into actionable product recommendations.
• Proven relationship-building and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute educator engagement strategies for new/early-lifecycle High School products.
• Engage educators and districts through one-on-one conversations, pilots, and conferences.
• Identify market barriers and provide recommendations to address them.
• Collaborate with Program Managers, Marketing, Sales, and Teaching & Learning Strategist on readiness plans.
• Identify opportunities (paid pilots, early adopters) and coordinate with Sales on handoffs.
• Track market readiness indicators and report to SVP, High School and stakeholders.
• Help build scalable market readiness and educator engagement framework.
