Job summary

SierTeK Ltd is seeking an Educational Technology Manager to support USAFSAM/ED operations at Wright Patterson AFB in Dayton, OH. The role focuses on managing educational technology, designing and implementing Office 365 solutions, and coordinating training for faculty and staff across physical and online learning environments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience working with educational/learning technology (LMS, SIS, etc.).
• Bachelor's degree in Educational Technology, Instructional Technology or related field.
• Expertise in Office 365 tools (Windows, Excel, PowerPoint, Forms, Teams, Power BI).
• Professional, detail oriented, strong communication in English.
• Ability to work in a team and independently.
• Experience with project management and DoD/government environments is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage education technology requests, evaluate software/hardware, and assess fit, cost, and network needs.
• Design, develop, integrate, and manage use of Office 365 tools (Power Automate, Power BI, Forms, Teams, SharePoint).
• Create and deliver training on software, hardware, and technology.
• Troubleshoot educational technology issues and propose solutions.
• Maintain control systems to track goals, resources, and report on changes.
• Evaluate classroom technology needs and modernization efforts.
• Set goals, timelines, and report status to Government representative.
• Oversee inventory and maintenance of educational technology resources.
