• Candidate must be a U.S. citizen with ability to obtain security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Manage enrollments, create attendance rosters, produce graduation certificates, and fulfill transcript requests.
• Manage student enrollments in SIS/SLcM and LMS, troubleshooting access issues.
• Ensure course completion records are provided to authorities upon request.
• Manage registration or course management-related issues during development and deployment of courses.
• Document organization-specific processes and roles to maintain continuity.
