Job summary

NAFSA: Association of International Educators in Washington, DC seeks a Technology Solutions Specialist to deliver end-user training and support for AMS, LMS, and related SaaS tools. You will collaborate with the Director of Data Infrastructure and Integrations to keep systems reliable and secure while enabling staff, members, and other stakeholders to work effectively.

The role requires strong problem-solving, clear communication, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a busy nonprofit

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of related education and experience.
• One year’s experience servicing an IT Help or Service Desk, or hands-on experience managing or providing end-user support for web-based software applications.
• Evidence of ongoing training to demonstrate you are keeping pace with today’s technical roles and requirements.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and analyze service desk issues and trends; propose preventive actions.
• Research software applications and services to maximize utility.
• Provide system administration support for the assigned application portfolio.
• Test fixes, perform follow-up and ensure resolution to problems.
• Support a portfolio of applications including AMS, LMS, data tools, surveys, and SaaS products.
