Job summary

SierTeK Ltd. is seeking a highly organized Faculty Development Coordinator to support USAF School of Aerospace Medicine initiatives at Wright-Patterson AFB, OH.

This role coordinates faculty development, instructor qualifications, quality assurance, curriculum improvement, accreditation support, and compliance across USAFSAM. You will work with course directors, instructional designers, QA personnel, and leadership to ensure instructors remain qualified and programs meet accreditation standards,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Curriculum Development or Organizational Development.
• Minimum 3 years managing a higher education faculty development or quality assurance program.
• Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams including leadership.
• Experience with instructor qualifications and accreditation requirements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and administer the USAFSAM Faculty Development Program.
• Maintain instructor qualification records per DoD and USAFSAM policies.
• Track certifications, qualifications and professional development activities.
• Prepare annual course reviews and data-driven improvement plans.
• Support accreditation readiness and regulatory compliance.
