Job summary

SierTeK Ltd. is seeking a Program Manager to support USAF School of Aerospace Medicine at Wright Patterson AFB, OH. The role emphasizes medical readiness, education and training program management for DoD personnel, including data analysis and credentialing support.

The successful candidate will collaborate with USAFSAM leadership and AFMS to ensure readiness, compliance with Air Force policies, and effective training administration. Strong clinical knowledge and DoD experience are valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field and 10+ years of professional experience, including 4+ years in healthcare.
• Experience supporting medical education, training, or readiness programs.
• Knowledge of CMRP, Training Affiliation Agreements, nursing competency programs, and continuing education management.
• Understanding of Air Force medical readiness policies and professional standards.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills; strong written and verbal abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint) and reporting tools.
• Ability to complete USAFSAM and DoD orientation requirements within required timeframes; NDA compliance.

Responsibilities

• Medical Education & Training Program Management: coordinate education and training for USAFSAM staff and DoD medical personnel.
• Training Data Management & Reporting: collect, validate, and report training data; maintain rosters and readiness reports.
• Continuing Education & Credentialing: manage continuing education and credentialing programs including CMPRP.
• Program Analysis & Reporting: develop executive-level reports, identify training gaps and readiness trends.
• Program Planning & Coordination: assist leadership in setting objectives and managing timelines; present to leadership.
