Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent required.
• Minimum 6 months of related experience.
• Proficiency with Windows, Google Workspace, and Zoom/Teams.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up classrooms and monitor AV equipment.
• Welcome members, assist check‑in, maintain class rosters.
• Support onboarding and troubleshooting of hybrid/online classes.
• Prepare mailing lists, course materials, and related items.
• Compile and tabulate course evaluations and surveys.
• Assist with extracurricular programs and events.
