Job summary

The University of Missouri invites applications for an Educational Program Coordinator II to create and implement education programs for schools, youth, and community learning, advancing lifelong learning and civic engagement across local, state, and national audiences.

This full-time role requires a bachelor’s degree and at least one year of related experience, with strong writing and communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects to completion on time and on budget.
  • Experience teaching or coordinating community education is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement annual programming for schools, youth, and community learning.
  • Collaborate with educators, volunteers, and staff to deliver engaging programs.
  • Develop curriculum content and interpretive materials for programs and exhibits.
  • Coordinate program schedules, trainings, and volunteer involvement.
  • Seek partnerships with schools and community programs to expand reach.
  • Evaluate programs using feedback and benchmarks to guide improvements.
