Job summary

Holy Family Institute in the Pittsburgh region is seeking an IT Support professional to provide daily technical assistance to staff and Nazareth Prep students. The role includes device imaging, password resets, AV setup for events, and maintaining accurate technology inventories.

Candidates should be pursuing an IT-related certificate, have strong knowledge of Microsoft and Google Admin platforms, and be comfortable with hardware/software troubleshooting.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of basic technology skills and security for Microsoft, Google Admin Platforms and Mac.
• Knowledge of troubleshooting hardware and software.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Act 33/34 and FBI clearances and valid PA driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily technical support to employees/students and programs, prioritizing Nazareth Prep.
• Reimage and restore malfunctioning devices to ensure optimal performance.
• Track, manage, and maintain accurate inventory of all technology equipment.
• Set up and support audio-visual (AV) equipment for agency events, including Nazareth Prep functions.
• Assist faculty and staff with integrating and effectively using technology to support instruction and operations.
