Job summary

Required: Associate's Degree in IT or related certifications, 1–2 years in help desk or desk‑side support, and strong customer service. The role covers Windows, macOS, iOS and Android devices, plus basic AV and remote support tooling.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent IT education required.
• 1–2+ years in help desk or end-user support in enterprise environment.
• Certification in IT (ACMT, MCSA, A+/Net+) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day incident resolution and ticket handling for CPS sites.
• Serve as primary on-site point of contact for technology issues and user support.
• Troubleshoot devices (Windows, macOS, iOS, Android) and basic AV equipment.
• Create and publish support documentation to enable self‑service.

Education

Associate's Degree in Information Technology, Information Systems or Computer Engineering

ACMT / Microsoft Certification (MCSA) and/or A+/Net+ Certification
