Job summary

Candor Consulting & Diagnostics is seeking an Educational Diagnostician to evaluate students, communicate results to families and school staff, and help develop interventions that support access to education. You will advocate for resources to meet diverse student needs, including ARD involvement and collaboration with education teams.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree from an accredited university in Special Education or equivalent.
• At least one year as an Educational Diagnostician.
• Proficiency in computer-based special education systems.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psycho-educational assessments to determine eligibility for services.
• Review evaluation findings with parents and district staff with clear, compassionate communication.
• Collaborate with teams to develop evidence-based interventions that improve student outcomes.
• Participate in ARD meetings and parent conferences to ensure appropriate services.
