Candor Consulting & Diagnostics seeks an Educational Diagnostician to shape students' educational journeys by identifying needs and advocating for resources. You will conduct psycho-educational assessments, communicate findings to families and staff, and collaborate on interventions to boost participation and access to education.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Special Education or equivalent.
• Current Texas Educational Diagnostician Certification.
• At least one year as an Educational Diagnostician.
• Proficiency with computer-based special education systems.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psycho-educational assessments to determine eligibility for services.
• Review findings with parents and district staff, communicating clearly.
• Develop evidence-based interventions with teams to improve student performance.
• Participate in ARD meetings and relevant discussions to ensure appropriate programs.
