Job summary

Candor Consulting & Diagnostics is seeking an Educational Diagnostician to evaluate students, identify needs, and advocate for services within a supportive educational environment.

You will conduct psycho-educational assessments, review findings with families and staff, and help design interventions. This role requires a Master’s in SPED, TX certification, and at least one year of experience, with bilingual preferred.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Special Education or equivalent.
• Texas Educational Diagnostician Certification is required.
• At least one year of experience as an Educational Diagnostician.
• Proficiency with computer-based special education systems.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psycho-educational evaluations to determine eligibility and need for services.
• Review findings with parents and district staff and communicate clearly.
• Collaborate with teams to develop evidence-based interventions to improve student outcomes.
• Participate in ARD meetings and related discussions to ensure appropriate supports.
