Job summary

Candor Consulting & Diagnostics is seeking an Educational Diagnostician to assess students, advocate for resources, and support individualized education plans. You will conduct psycho-educational evaluations, communicate findings to families and staff, and develop interventions to improve outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Special Education or equivalent.
• At least one year of experience as an Educational Diagnostician.
• Proficiency in computer-based special education systems.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psycho-educational assessments to determine eligibility for services.
• Review findings with parents and district staff and communicate clearly.
• Collaborate to develop evidence-based interventions to improve student performance and access to education.
• Participate in ARD meetings, parent conferences, and other discussions to ensure program effectiveness.
