Job summary

Candor Consulting & Diagnostics is seeking an Educational Diagnostician to assess and advocate for students’ needs, shaping their educational journeys. You’ll identify unique requirements and help secure resources for success.

Your role includes conducting psycho-educational evaluations, communicating findings to families and districts, and coordinating with teams to implement evidence-based interventions and support services.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Special Education from an accredited university.
• At least one year of experience as an Educational Diagnostician.
• Proficiency in computer-based special education systems.
• Bilingual preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psycho-educational assessments to determine eligibility and need for specialized services.
• Review findings with parents and district staff, providing clear, compassionate communication.
• Collaborate with teams to develop evidence-based interventions to improve student performance and access to education.
• Participate in ARD meetings, parent conferences, and related discussions to ensure programs meet student needs.
