Job summary

Meat Institute in Arlington, VA seeks a Content and Education Manager to develop and deliver high-quality educational programs across in-person and digital platforms, aligning with organizational goals under the Director of Strategic Content and Programming and reporting to the Chief Experience Officer.

You will lead program development, curate content and resources, coordinate conference and webinar logistics, engage subject matter experts, and partner with the experience team to promote member

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in meat/food science, education, communications or related field.
• Experience with curriculum development and adult learning principles.
• Proven ability to manage digital and in-person learning initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Implement the organization’s education and content strategy through program development and delivery.
• Create, edit, and maintain educational content, digital resources, and supporting materials.
• Coordinate speaker and content logistics for conferences, webinars, workshops, and online offerings.
• Identify and engage subject matter experts; manage scheduling and content preparation.
• Partner with the experience team to ensure accurate and timely content for promotion and member engagement.
• Introduce innovative training and content delivery methods.
• Monitor emerging member needs and resource gaps; provide actionable insights and recommendations.
