Job summary

Qualifications

Position Summary:

This role ensures alignment with organizational goals through collaboration with the Director of Strategic Content and Programming and will report directly to the Chief Experience Officer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement the organization’s education and content strategy through program development and delivery.
• Create, edit, and maintain educational content, digital resources, and supporting materials.
• Coordinate speaker and content logistics for conferences, webinars, workshops, and online offerings.

Requirements

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in meat/food science, education, communications or related field

Experience:

• 5+ years in association management, content development, educational programming, or meat industry.
• Understanding of adult learning and curriculum development.
• Proven experience managing digital and in-person learning initiatives.
