Job summary

Accreditation Council for Medical Affairs (ACMA) seeks a Manager of Educational Programs to lead content strategy, development, and delivery across BCMAS, PACS, and PRC. The role serves as the organization’s subject-matter authority on medical affairs, reimbursement, and prior authorization education, spanning instructional design, curriculum ownership, client interactions, and education analytics.

The position includes webinar/workshop production, PharmD student precepting, thought-leadership

Qualifications

• Deep subject-matter expertise in medical affairs, reimbursement, and prior authorization.
• 1–2 years of curriculum development and instructional design for accredited professional education.
• Strong client-facing communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead content strategy, development, and delivery across ACMA's certification portfolio.
• Manage LMS course codes, organization, and content; oversee webinar calendar.
• Serve as internal SME on medical affairs and prior authorization content.
• Coordinate PharmD student precepting and rotation structure.
• Design and field market research to support program development.
