Gwinnett Technical College seeks an Educational Aide for the Anatomy and Physiology Open Lab at the Alpharetta and Lawrenceville campuses. This 19-hour per week, part-time, non-benefited role supports teaching staff by assisting with student supervision, lab setup, and enforcing lab policies.
The ideal candidate has completed Anatomy and Physiology I & II and can communicate with students, multi-task, and help prep labs and activities under the Open Lab Coordinator.

This job is a 19-hour, part-time, non-benefited, FLSA non-exempt position in the General Education Division/Life Sciences Department that reports to the Coordinator of Science Labs. This position is based at the Alpharetta and Lawrenceville Campus. Schedule: 19 hours per week.
Assist in supervision and tutoring of students in the Anatomy and Physiology Open Lab. Enforces lab policies while students are in Open Lab. Ability to access GTC emergency operation procedures. Assists Open Lab Coordinator in daily functions within the lab. Displays a high level of effort and commitment to performing work; operates effectively within the organizational structure; demonstrates trustworthiness and responsible behavior. Accepts direction and feedback from supervisor and follows through appropriately. Works when scheduled; begins and ends work as expected.
