Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum two-year degree or graduation from a technical school preferred.
• Experience operating Apple OSX/iOS and/or PC hardware/software, including operating systems and common applications.
• Experience in a networked environment handling computers and software.
• Understanding of FERPA, COPPA, and CIPA compliance.
• Must possess a personal vehicle for work hours.

Responsibilities

• Installs district‑approved hardware, software, peripherals, and related tech tools.
• Troubleshoots and repairs technology in schools and district facilities.
• Maintains accurate reporting of work using the district ticket system.
• Trains users on the use of technology.
• Installs and configures educational and administrative software for users.
• Distributes and coordinates rollout of student and staff devices.
• Coordinates collection/upgrades of devices at year end.
• All other duties as assigned by supervisors.
