Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform frontline problem investigation and diagnostics for technology issues.
• Collaborate with staff, vendors, and County IT to implement solutions.
• Plan and monitor technology inventories and changes.
• Provide technical advisory support for end-user tools.
• Install and configure PC hardware/software per policies and guidelines.
