Job summary

Qualifications

• AS in Computer Science or related field preferred.
• 3–5 years IT experience, preferably in education.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Office 365 Cloud, and Windows servers.

Responsibilities

• Resolve service requests/incidents promptly to support learning and administration.
• Configure, install, update hardware and software including security updates.
• Troubleshoot malware and other IT issues across district workstations.
• Maintain hardware inventory and asset accounting.
• Provide end-user training and distribute how-to documentation.
• Coordinate with staff and vendors on LAN/WAN needs.
