Qualifications

• Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field or equivalent experience.

• Must possess a valid driver''s license.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, troubleshoot, upgrade, maintain, and repair district technology equipment.
• Provide Level 2 technical support and escalate issues as needed.
• Coordinate with staff to manage daily service requests and ensure timely resolution.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and user resources.
