Based on a 600-acre campus near West Chester, PA, this role supports student information systems and learning management systems, configures devices, and leads training sessions for faculty and students.

Qualifications

• BA or BS degree required.
• At least 3 years of technical support experience, preferably in an educational setting.
• Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.
• Experience developing and delivering technical training.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of help desk tickets via phone, email, and ticketing system.
• Support schoolwide use of Google Workspace and educational software.
• Create and maintain user guides, tutorials, and documentation.
