• Answer calls to provide information, take messages, or transfer calls.
• Ensure classrooms, study rooms and computer lab are equipped with necessary supplies.
• Assist and support students using Blackboard and related software.
• Maintain and update software on classroom laptops.
• Perform other work-related duties as assigned.
