COLORADO ACADEMY is seeking a curious, service-minded technology professional to join our collaborative Technology Department as a full-time team member. You will primarily provide hands-on technical support to faculty, staff, and students, while also expanding the use of AI tools and educational technology across the classroom.

The role emphasizes problem-solving, training, and classroom support, with responsibilities spanning device setup, account management in Google Workspace and Blackbaud,

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
• Aptitude for learning new and complex technology and ongoing professional development.
• Familiarity with troubleshooting computers (Mac) and mobile devices (iPads, iPhones, and Android devices).
• Experience with Google Workspace.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as first-tier support for students, faculty, and staff via help desk, email, and walk-up requests.
• Assist faculty and students in using AI, digital tools, and emerging technologies in the classroom.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and account issues on Mac computers, iPads, and other mobile devices.
• Set up and maintain school equipment and classrooms; manage user accounts in Google Workspace and Blackbaud.
