Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of related experience.
• AI certification or demonstrable AI tool experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate departmental workflows with IDT leadership to identify AI opportunities.
• Configure and implement AI tools, LMS features, and workflow platforms.
• Apply AI to instructional design, course maintenance, and operations.
• Develop reusable prompts, templates, workflows, and agents for consistent AI use.
• Test AI solutions for accuracy, usability, and reliability prior to deployment.
• Collaborate with LMS Manager and IT on integrations.
• Create documentation and provide training for AI adoption.
• Capture feedback and measure results for continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with governance, accessibility, data privacy, and approved technology use.
