You'll engage with educators, conduct interviews, and drive placements, gaining skills in recruitment, sales, and collaboration within a growing tech company making an impact in education.

Qualifications

• Backgrounds in customer service, recruitment, education, acting/theatre, or fast-paced startups are highly transferable.
• Strong written and oral communication; dedicated to proactive daily outreach and speaking to many people daily.
• Goal-oriented and motivated by hitting (and beating) targets.
• Organized and adaptable; manage a large pipeline of educators with quick context-switching.
• Tech-savvy; comfortable navigating Google Suite and new tools/AI.

Responsibilities

• Qualify and interview applicants: call teachers who sign up, assess preferences, schedule interviews.
• Match candidates to the right role based on preferences and school needs.
• Build value and excitement by sharing Zen Educate's mission and helping applicants start with us quickly.
• Guide candidates through onboarding: navigate screening and document collection, follow up as needed.
• Thrive in a startup environment: work in a fast-paced, flexible setting with a high-energy team.
