Qualifications

• Backgrounds in customer service, recruitment, education, acting/theatre, or fast-paced startups are transferable.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Goal-oriented and motivated by hitting targets.
• Organized and adaptable, capable of managing a large pipeline of educators.

Responsibilities

• Qualify and interview applicants via phone to assess suitability and schedule interviews.
• Match candidates to the right role based on preferences and needs.
• Build value by sharing Zen Educate's mission and supporting educators to find roles.
• Guide candidates through onboarding and documentation, following up as needed.
• Thrive in a fast-paced startup environment with flexibility to adapt to change.
