You'll lead the full candidate journey, from outreach and interviews to onboarding, in a fast-growing tech environment focused on education. A proactive, organized, and mission-driven mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, recruitment, education, acting/theatre, or fast-paced startups is transferable.
• Strong written and oral communication with proactive daily outreach.
• Goal-oriented with ability to meet targets in a high-volume role.
• Organized and adaptable; can manage a large educator pipeline.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable using Google Suite and AI tools.
• Recent graduates are encouraged to apply; mission-driven to help educators.
