Zen Educate is hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist in Chicago, hybrid (2 days remote, 3 days in office). You will own the end-to-end candidate journey, qualifying paraprofessionals and substitute teachers, conducting interviews, onboarding, and matching to schools that fit their preferences and needs.

This role is highly collaborative and sales-minded, focusing on fast placement and strong candidate experience in a rapidly growing EdTech startup.

Qualifications

• Background in customer service, recruitment, education, or fast-paced startups is valued.
• Strong written and spoken communication with daily outreach.
• Goal-oriented with ability to hit targets.
• Independent, proactive, and highly organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable using technology, including Google Suite and AI.
• Recent graduates encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities
